About love and purpose

Jus listening to some songs before I begin my work. ah.. joyce, this is why i say i work slow. lemme jus get my msg across straight ok?
Love.. I've always been pondering about it since I actually had some bare glimpse of how great God's love is. Just a bare glimpse and that was enough to shock me off my feet. Not to mention how overwhelmed I felt after I gained more knowledge about love.
To all those out there, who hesiate at a major crossroad in life, or have doubts blocking out every hint of light. Here's a song to love.
Love Will Find A Way- Amy Grant
You tell me your friends are distant,
You tell me your man's untrue,
You tell me that you've been walked on,
And how you feel abused.
So you stand here an angry young woman,
Taking all the pain to heart.
I hear you saying that you want to see changes,
But you don't know how to start.
Chorus:
Love will find a way, (How do you know?)
Love will find a way, (How can you see?)
I know it's hard to see the past and still believe
Love is gonna find a way.
I know that
Love will find a way, (A way to go.)
Love can make a way, (Only love can know.)
Leave behind the doubt;
Love's the only out;
Love will surely find a way.
I know this life is a strange thing.
I can't answer all the why's.
Tragedy always finds me,
Taken again by surprise.
I could stand here an angry young woman,
Taking all the pain to heart.
But I know that love can bring changes,
And so we've got to move on.
(Repeat Chorus)
If our God His Son not sparing
Came to rescue you,
Is there any circumstance
That He can't see you through?
(Repeat Chorus Twice)
The power of love.. I always tease peole like Joyce about it. "Through your love for so-and-so," I would say, "you can overcome all things to do him proud." haha.. but aside all the teasing, love really holds great power. True love stands the test of time! How many things in this world stands the test of time? I can't think of any as I type. maybe you could suggest it on my tagboard.
Don't wrestle with God's love; accept it. Then spread it.
next song is up for purpose in this world. This goes out especially to all believers who have not much of purpose in their walk with Christ.
For The Future Generations- 4Him
The signs are obvious, they are everywhere
All that we hear about is the gloom and despair
Too many would be prophets sayin'
"It's the end of it all"
'Cause mother earth can't take much more
The hammer's gonna fall
So nature has its needs, that's a lesson learned
But it appears to me there are greater concerns
'Cause we can save the planet
Thinkin' we will somehow survive
But father time is calling us
To save somebody's life,
So...
CHORUS
I won't bend and I won't break
I won't water down my faith
I won't compromise in a world of desperation
What has been I cannot change
But for tomorrow and today
I must be a light for future generations
If we could find a way to preserve our faith
So those who follow us
See the price that was paid
Then maybe when they question
What it's gonna take to survive
They'll find the strength to carry on
In what we leave behind
REPEAT CHORUS
Lookin' in the eyes of the children
Knowing that tomorrow is at stake
When the choice is up to them
Will they have the strength to say
We will.. REPEAT CHORUS
We go around living life.. topping exams, acing tests, skimming past assignments. then the good part about live: hanging out with friends, meeting the people you love, bringing smiles onto people's faces and you yourself wearing a smile too. But time is really running short! how much longer can we live? think about it.. then think about whether whatever you're doing know would matter after you die. I guess that kinda makes me realise what I should do.
1. Don't compromise
2. Don't water down my faith
3. Don't falter
4. Don't let a life fly by my side without the soul ever hearing of the name Jesus
